“Recently, I lost an old buddy also; the world lost an incredible individual. Jay Pickett decided to head out into the Heavens,” Heffel wrote in a July 30 Facebook post declaring Pickett’s demise. “Jay passed on sitting on a pony made to rope a cow in the movie Treasure Valley in Idaho. The method of a genuine cowhand.”

Pickett composed the screenplay and featured in “Fortune Valley,” creating the film with Heffel and Tucson Vernon Walker.

“He will be genuinely missed,” Heffel composed. “Ride like the breeze, accomplice.” Fellow “Fortune Valley” entertainer and chief Travis Mills contained on the film’s actual Facebook page about Pickett’s passing, saying, “he kicked the bucket abruptly while we did on the spot getting ready to film a scene.”

“There is no authoritative explanation for the reason for his demise; however, it seems to have been a cardiovascular failure,” Mills composed. “Everybody present made a decent try as they could to keep him alive. Our hearts are broken, also we lament for his family who is so crushed by this stunning tragedy.”Mills honored Pickett and recollected that him as “a staggering man. He was benevolent, sweet, and liberal.”

“It is hard to track down the words right currently to say more. His dearest companions have said that he was extremely cheerful making ‘Fortune Valley’, and I expect that he genuinely was,” Mills composed. “He was doing what he adored: acting, riding ponies, making motion pictures. Furthermore, he was great.”

Brought into the world in Spokane, Washington on Feb. 10, 1961, Pickett experienced childhood in Caldwell, Idaho. He began his daytime dramatization profession as Dr. Chip Lakin in “Days of Our Lives,” featuring for a very long time starting in 1991.

For a very long time, 1997-2002, and 762 scenes complete, Pickett featured Frank Scanlon on “Port Charles.” “Port Charles” co-star Marie Wilson, whose Karen Wexler had a screen relationship with Pickett’s Scanlon, offered a passionate Instagram recognition.
