While the music industry is transforming and changing to adapt to the world of NFTs and the Metaverse, one artist continues to keep their head on the business side. Meet None illa, in addition to his artistry he finds ways to continue thriving in the music scene by utilizing resources and strategies he picked up while pursuing his Bachelor’s in Music Business at Full Sail University. Stepping into the hip-hop scene in San Diego, he used his bay area roots as a way to approach the community differently and contribute to the thriving culture in the Southern California scene.
None illa prides himself as a lyricist with witty bars and diverse flow, taking the listener into account while acknowledging the power of being unique in every aspect of the industry. He made a powerful impression on the scene when he brought a lethal squadron of elite hip-hop contributors, in a rapid-fire song displaying hip-hop in its purest form. A team of five other emcees, and two producers known as ‘the Pallbearers’. The collective consists of San Diego based emcees; Adonis DaHottest, Legacy and MassV – Chi Bully (coming by way of Chicago), 5One (Pensacola), and None illa as the 6th emcee raised in Oakland, CA with electrifying production created by Matic and Basshead Beatz.

As None illa continues to push his team and others in his network, he is continuing to make shockwaves in the music industry through his podcast and work behind-the-scenes. None illa has shown to push the industry forward and is in the process of releasing new music and content for 2022. His last song “A Word with God” was used to deliver a much needed message to a hurting community. One of violence, one of need, one of questioning their belief system and purpose.
